Owner Builders
Owner Builders are special clients and generally require higher level of service as they require more advice on materials, construction and regulations. We can be available 7 days a week and some evenings as we understand that not everything happens 9-5 Monday to Friday.
The process of building your own home can be very satisfactory but also can be a long, drawn out process for the uninitiated. We have constructed our own houses as owner builders which has given us a good understanding of the process you will go through to complete your home. We can provide invaluable advice on all aspects of the building process, from material advice to construction methods to assessing quotation from suppliers and sub-contractors.
